About the game:
Like its predecessors, Call of Duty: WWII is a first-person shooter, but it removes the advanced movement system found in the three previous Call of Duty titles,
which involved double jumping and wall running. Instead, it marks a return to traditional movement in the series, returning to a “boots on the ground” style of play.
The game doesn’t have the unlimited sprint mechanic we saw in the previous two titles.
Instead of a “glide” movement mechanic that allowed players to quickly slide across the ground,
WWII has a “hit deck” mechanic that allows the player to jump forward and throw themselves to the ground to quickly get to cover,
similar to the previous mechanic known as “dolphin diving” in Treyarch’s Call of Duty: Black Ops and Call of Duty: Black Ops II…
